Gary H. Ruddell
Mr. Ruddell was born in Caldwell, Idaho, on January 16, 1945. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A. cum laude, 1966) and University of San Francisco (J.D., 1969). Mr. Ruddell was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1970. He is a member of the Tulare County Bar Association (President, 1981) and the Supreme Court of California.

Matthew W. Bixler
Mr. Bixler is a native of Tulare, California. He is a 1993 graduate of Pepperdine University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Jaclyn Z. Warwick was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Azusa Pacific University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2019. Ms. Warwick attended the University of California Irvine School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2022. While in law school, Ms. Warwick served as an Executive Editor of UC Irvine Law Review, and contributed as an author to the same.
