Josh T. Fox has successfully litigated a diverse range of civil disputes related to complex business and real estate transactions, land and water use, employment matters, personal injury and wrongful death cases, and constitutional claims. He vigorously advocates for his clients in both state and federal court, from pre-litigation settlement efforts through trial and appeal. In 2018 and 2019, Mr. Fox was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” List for the area of civil litigation – an honor reserved for a very small percentage of attorneys in California. 

Mr. Fox was raised in Visalia, and gained interest in the practice of law when he participated in Redwood High School's highly esteemed Mock Trial program. He then received a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Southern California, and earned his Juris Doctor Degree at California Western School of Law, where served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Western Law Review and graduated summa cum laude, ranking first in a graduating class of 274. 

In addition, Mr. Fox earned a Legum Magister (or "LL.M") degree in Public Law & Policy from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During his LL.M studies, Mr. Fox served the California Assembly Committee on the Judiciary, where he was recognized as "the most impressive intern the Assembly Judiciary Committee has ever had in over two decades."
