After graduating from the University of Southern California (B.S., Business Administration, 1992), Mr. Wisehart studied law at Tulane Law School in New Orleans (J.D., 1995) where he was a Justice of the Moot Court Board, Executive Editor of the Sports Lawyers' Journal, Captain of the John Marshall National Merit Moot Court Trial Team, and earned a certificate in Environmental Law. Mr. Wisehart's exceptional advocacy skills earned him the prestige of being selected as national member of The Order of Barristers. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Wisehart was a Deputy District Attorney in Fresno County for nearly 6 years where he handled felony and specialty prosecutions, and became a Board Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. Mr. Wisehart leads the firm's criminal defense practice where he not only handles select criminal defense matters, but has also been retained to assist and advise local businesses who have been the victims of crime. Mr. Wisehart is widely considered one of the area's premier DUI defense attorneys, handling both alcohol and prescription medicated related DUI cases. Mr. Wisehart has over 14 years of Jury Trial experience and now applies his considerable advocacy skills to a wide variety of civil matters including business law, business litigation, civil litigation, agri-business, corporate business, and environmental law. Mr. Wisehart is a member of the California Bar and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. Mr. Wisehart is also a member of both the Fresno County and Tulare County Bar Associations, and is a Past President of the Tulare County Young Lawyers Association.
