Matthew W. Bixler

Mr. Bixler is a native of Tulare, California. He is a 1993 graduate of Pepperdine University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Bixler also attended Pepperdine's campus in London where he studied business law. He continued his education by earning a Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA School of Law in 1996. At UCLA, Mr. Bixler was active in several law journals and student organizations, including serving as the President of the Federalist Society, acting as an editor of the law school newspaper, and participating in moot court.

Mr. Bixler was admitted to the Bar in 1996. He is a member of the California Bar Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Tulare County Bar Association. Mr. Bixler is an officer and director of the Tulare-Kings County Estate Planning Council and a former President of the Tulare County Young Lawyers' Association. In civic matters, Mr. Bixler has acted as the Board President for Able Industries, and is a past board member for Tulare County Hospice. He is also a member of the Visalia Rotary club, having served on the Board of that organization.

Mr. Bixler's areas of practice include estate planning, probate, trust creation and administration, estate and trust litigation, business formation and representation, real estate law, land use and development, and general civil litigation.
